The LORD is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does. Psalm 145:17

I can remember a time when braces were unpopular. They weren’t as stylish or desired then as they are now but they did what they were designed to do. No matter how poorly they looked or how uncomfortable they seemed to be they served a great purpose. They were able to take what was crooked, crowded and out of alignment and bring into proper alignment.

Many of us have experienced “out of alignment moments” and in that time, we can recall how disconnected we felt. Some of us are still feeling that way today in certain areas of our lives. It’s the feeling that you get in the pit of your stomach that something is terribly off. We look into our state and realize, that we need to get back into alignment with God’s plan for our lives.

The power of God’s word works just like braces. It helps us to correct the course of our lives and bring the stability and support we need to fulfill our God given purpose. It creates room in our hearts to make time for God and prioritize the things that tries to compete for our attention. Lastly, It’s the much-needed reinforcement to keep us accountable. If we take the time to seek out God word , it will take what was out of place and realign us to his perfect will.

If you are struggling today to get back into place, ask the Lord to help you get back on track. He will guide back through his word and settle you. He is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does.

Zechariah 4:6 CEV So the angel explained that it was the following message of the LORD to Zerubbabel: I am the LORD All-Powerful. So don't depend on your own power or strength, but on my Spirit.

God did not bring you this far to abandon you or the work that he has placed in your hands to accomplish. He has promised to be with you as you advance his agenda. When you have been given an assignment, God is not slack in providing you with what you need to succeed. Whatever you have been tasked with, know that you are partnering with the Kingdom of God to push forth his divine plan. God chose you to do what he is calling you to do. You probably feel like you are not in the best position to step out but you are. This is the best time to see God at work in your life. If God said it, he will sustain it. However, there will always be opposition. This should come to no surprise to any of us. Yet, we instantly get discouraged, burned out or overwhelmed when we are faced with it. Opposition can take many forms but its objective remains same…to slow you down and stop you from progressing.

I can recall in High School learning about the laws of Physics. I was fascinated with it and many of what I learned stuck with me until this very day. However, sometimes the things we learn, we fail to draw a comparison to our spiritual walk. Newton's first law of motion was life changing for me. The law states that an object at rest remains at rest, or if in motion, remains in motion at a constant velocity (pace) unless acted on by a net external force. How powerful! Think of yourself as that object. Depending on your pace, you will remain at that pace until you are faced with an external force that wants to hinders your progress in getting to your destination.

However, God is aware of the external forces that you will encounter. He is ahead of the plan and he knows exactly what you need to roll pass those obstacles! The scripture is clear, God is not expecting you to do it in your own strength or power but all of this will be attained by and through HIS Spirit! Your progress is not contingent on your strength. All you have to do is keep moving! No matter how slow you may start dont' stop moving. God will give you the momentum when you need it.

God desire your Willingness, Obedience, a Resilient mindset and Dedication to partner with the Holy Spirit. Simply put, he needs your WORD to come into agreement with his ingenious master plan. When you come into covenant with the Lord, you are supernaturally empowered to pursue and complete the work of God. The Lord is encouraging you today to hold fast to what he is calling you to do in ministry, the marketplace, your family and community. You have access to the Holy Spirit, don’t try to accomplish anything without him simply because… you don’t have to.
